The ZipGO 2.0 offers an opening speed of up to 2.2 m/s and a closing speed of up to 0.8 m/s, both adjustable and programmable via inverter. This ensures a fast and safe flow in high-traffic industrial or logistics environments, reducing downtime and optimizing productivity.
2. Maximum safety and reliability
The door is equipped with single-beam IP67 photocells, SIL2 optical barriers, radar with presence/movement detection, and an absolute digital limit switch, ensuring a high level of safety for operators and vehicles. It also includes manual emergency openings and UPS options, making it reliable even in the event of power outages or malfunctions.
3. Robustness and adaptability for the most demanding environments
Galvanized steel structure, extra-strong polyester fabric cover, UV and mold resistant, with optional RAL painting or stainless steel AISI 304/316. It is therefore ideal for industrial, food, or outdoor environments, providing protection against wind, water, and extreme temperatures down to -30°C.
