In addition to designing and manufacturing industrial high-speed doors and various logistic equipment, we provide our customers with continuous service and prompt intervention. Our technicians assess the product’s wear and, if a component cannot be repaired, we replace the entire product to ensure optimal functionality.

Types of repair. Everything you need to know.

Restoration of portholes

Our teams are able to easily repair any wear and tear holes, clear areas or quick port hauls.

PVC fabric restoration

A forklift bolted the tarp, help! There’s GLG. We are able to intervene locally on the affected area, repairing the damage by means of PVC pieces and hot hair dryer.

Industrial shutters

If your door no longer has all the bundling or rolling ropes, GLG will be able to restore the missing ones and test the balance of operation.

Replacement of steel bars

One of our vehicles hit the fast door! What do I do? If the tarpaulin has not been compromised, GLG is able to carry out a detachment of the mantle to replace the pipes.

Door cover replacement

If the sheet of your industrial rapid door is too badly reduced (torn, pierced, severely torn), we will be able to disassemble it and replace it with a new coat.

Hinges repair

GLG is equipped with a special repair kit for the localized restoration of the self-repairing zip, without the entire hinge replacement.

Barrier change

If you accidentally hit a photocell or the resistive rib no longer works, GLG can provide you with a safety accessory replacement.

Control unit change

A storm burned the card. What do I do? GLG is able to assess the damage to the electrical panel, replace the burnt components and carry out the restoration tests.
