So why choose this door?
1. For its safety
Self-repairing doors utilize the same opening/closing system as winding doors, but they also incorporate an innovative system of hinged guides. This design allows the door cloth to repair itself in the event of an impact or strong wind, preventing any issues. To ensure complete safety, each door is equipped with a safety rib located at the lower edge of the cloth. This rib detects obstacles during closure, locking the door to prevent injury or damage, prioritizing safety and smooth operation.
2. For its self-repairability
The side slides are crafted from high-density polyene and housed within the uprights. This material, polizene, is self-lubricating, ensuring a seamless sliding of the cloth. Additionally, these slides feature a self-retracting system, allowing them to automatically re-enter their place in case of accidental piercing. Furthermore, they are equipped with an exclusive lateral adjustment system incorporating springs, ensuring optimal tension of the cloth and enhancing the overall performance of the door.
3. For its speed
The ZipGO rapid door boasts an impressive opening speed of up to 2.2 m/s. In the event of a collision, it can promptly resume operation due to its special cloth resetting system, which automatically returns the cloth inside the guides. Additionally, it features an auto-repair function and comes with “soft start & stop” as standard, ensuring smooth and safe operation in every scenario.
