Thanks to safety light curtains (H 2000–2500 mm, SIL 2) and the PL-e SIL 3 door position sensor, the ZipGO Conveyor flexible rapid door provides a high degree of safety for people during processing stops and machine downtime.
2. For industrial automation and machinery
Manufacturers and stakeholders falling under the jurisdiction of the Machinery Directive are subject to administrative and financial penalties in cases of non-compliance with Legislative Decree 81/2008. Various supervisory bodies conduct inspections periodically or in response to accident reports. If deficiencies in the essential safety requirements of machinery are detected, a report must be submitted to the Ministry of Economy.
3. Combined programming
The control panel with 4 operating modes, programmable inputs and outputs and, optionally, Bluetooth or ProfiNet, integrates the door with other machines and manages variable opening and closing cycles.
