To obtain a good fluidity of movement of the crankshaft we have provided, even in the smaller versions, the equipment of a constant propulsion of more than 400V three-phase engines.

Design with double, triple or quadruple synchronous motor, which always guarantees a high precision of balanced lifting, even on large openings.

SOUND INSULATION

Noise abatement

By means of this double PVC fabric fold-up door you will be able to reduce and cushion up to 40% the noise of the environment. In addition, to improve the sound-absorbing performance, we recommend the use of insulated sponge cloth.

INTERCHANGEABLE SECTORS

Double modular PVC fabric

The PVC fabric is composed of individual sectors inserted in double ogive profiles. This system allows to replace in case of damage or wear the individual sectors that make up the mantle without having to replace the entire covering.

Air sealant ⓘ
A development that grants maximum sealing by means of physical adhesion between different materials. For more performant features please see the ZipGO Clean Room version, where the details of the cross-section casing and struts have also been designed to allow the least dispersion of steam between environments.

By means of a special insulation system, the ZipGO self-repairing door can transform an open environment to a sealed one. Thanks to a special system that works in adhesion to the upper transverse casing and to a lower band* applied on the weighing bag, it is possible to guarantee an excellent sealing of the dust when the door is closed.

* the band under the weight bag can be selected in physical or magnetic material for better sealing on the ground.

The installation of a fold-up industrial door can be done with 1kw side motor, 2.2kw front motor or, for dimensions greater than 10 meters, with double synchronous motor, always ensuring a high lifting precision balanced even on large openings.
