What is it?
It is the ultimate rapid door, designed to compartmentalize environments for various purposes. It offers high flexibility of use, thanks to its self-repairing feature. It can be used both internally and externally and is frequently employed in conjunction with the movement of people or industrial machinery.

Self-repairing
The special sliding system allows the PVC fabric to repair itself in the event of an impact, enabling the tarp to extend and retract without any intervention by an operator.

The ZipGO base is capable of accommodating a high volume of rapid and continuous movements, thanks to its specific sliding design of the curtain and powerful acceleration engines that enhance its response speed.

The ZipGO is a self-repairing roll-up door, devoid of structural bars, and designed with a side hinge guide. It is engineered to facilitate significant traffic flow while guaranteeing utmost intrinsic safety due to the complete absence of rigid elements in the passage area.

The self-repairing PVC fabric* is automatically reinnected even after accidental breakage of any vehicle.
* The R&D department specifies that self-repairable PVC fabric refers to a tarpaulin capable of nesting in the polyethylene side rails without requiring any manual intervention by operators. However, it should be noted that if the mantle is pierced, the chemical composition is unable to repair the molecules independently to restore physical tearing.

The special guide system of ZipGO ensures maximum silence during both the closing and opening of the rapid door, especially when the hinges of the curtain are in operation.

Average noise abatement of ~12 dbA*
* in an environment with a noise frequency of 100 db it is possible to attenuate it according to the A curve of 10/15 dba.
For the standard PVC fabric, the maximum sound insulation value verified by the R&D department between two environments with different acoustic pressure by means of a cathodophone is 10/15dbA. For higher values please evaluate the characteristics of the single or double terry covering.
SOMMER Engine
With 120 RPM, a torque of 35 Nm, integrated inverter, and Energy-saving GLG technology integrated into the bottom of the curtain, a consistent energy savings throughout the annual cycle is ensured.
* The energy saving parameters may vary % not proportional because the gravity system works on the cycles fully closed or open, ergo the savings could suffer substantial differences in terms of Kw/ h per day.
