Dispersion reduction
This specialized Crane rapid door effectively seals the overhead crane compartment area when not in use, significantly enhancing the energy efficiency of the internal environment.
Custom shapes
Thanks to its special T-shaped design, the industrial door is specifically crafted for companies with one or more overhead cranes. This design aids in minimizing air vortices entering the compartment, creating a genuine and sturdy physical barrier against air currents.

The High speed door VertiGO Crane are logistic products suitable for those who need to close special shaped rooms, resulting from industrial machinery interposed between the inside and outside of the building.
High speed fabric overhead door are often used in the field of composting, ship/airport or where it is necessary to transport heavy material from inside to outside a building, or vice versa, always by means of a carriageway machinery.
A suspended structure designed to provide a physical barrier, closing the crane compartment securely when it is not in operation.
With this project, we aim to enhance both the efficiency of the building and the well-being of the employees working inside.
A field study has revealed that 70% of operators engaged in manual tasks inside warehouses with crane machinery suffer from rheumatism caused by exposure to air drafts.
T-shaped PVC covering
This door is equipped with a specially shaped sheet capable of fitting inside the broken posts, promoting the secure locking of the mantle from under the beam to the ground, ensuring complete closure.
* In standard configurations, there are 4 broken uprights: 2 at the top, where the fabric is wider to allow crane passage, and 2 at the bottom, delimiting the ground level area for the passage of vehicles.

* With the right design and targeted interventions, it is possible to achieve air permeability levels up to Class 3. In fact, through a professional analysis of the surrounding enclosures, significant improvement in controlling air flows throughout the building can be achieved.
