This type of rapid door, composed of an extruded aluminum profile structure for both horizontal and vertical uprights, maintains high versatility in the event of accidental damage. The selected profile is always readily available on the market, unlike specially folded structures, making it easier to replace and repair as needed.

In addition to being extremely lightweight, aluminum also boasts excellent resistance to oxidation. The thin layer of oxide present on this material prevents oxygen from corroding the underlying metal, while also giving it the distinctive aesthetics of silver metal.

Certainly, that’s why all our ZipGO Alumina structures undergo the anodizing process, which applies an artificial oxide coating to the metal alloy. This oxide layer enhances the aluminum’s resistance against atmospheric agents, stains, scratches, and bumps, ensuring its durability and longevity.
