Easy to find
This type of rapid door, composed of an extruded aluminium profile structure for both horizontal and vertical uprights, maintains high versatility in the event of accidental damage. The selected profile is always readily available on the market, unlike specially folded structures, making it easier to replace and repair as needed.
Beautiful and impossible stainless.
In addition to being extremely lightweight, aluminium also boasts excellent resistance to oxidation. The thin layer of oxide present on this material prevents oxygen from corroding the underlying metal, while also giving it the distinctive aesthetics of silver metal.

ZipGO Alumina is a project designed to fulfil various requirements: rapid transits between two environments, quick installation, refined aesthetics, and repair versatility due to its modularity.
The flexible ZipGO Alumina rapid door can be installed in approximately 60 minutes by unskilled operators or by the companies that purchased it.

But isn’t aluminium ductile?
Certainly, that’s why all our ZipGO Alumina structures undergo the anodising process, which applies an artificial oxide coating to the metal alloy. This oxide layer enhances the aluminium’s resistance against atmospheric agents, stains, scratches, and bumps, ensuring its durability and longevity.

Thanks to the process of coloured anodic oxidation, we can enhance the properties of the aluminium surfaces of the structure, achieving distinctive decorative effects by colouring the base material. Both the cross housing and the uprights, formed by standard-sized extruded profiles, result in highly optimised packaging. Despite aluminium being a relatively costly material, the upfront extrusion process significantly reduces the expenses involved in transforming it into the final “door” product.

If assembly is required, the modular nature of the product ensures that it will be straightforward and, consequently, cost-effective compared to a standard door.
Recyclable
Aluminium possesses optimal characteristics for recycling: it can be 100% recycled and reused endlessly, giving rise to new products each time. All the aluminium produced in our country comes from recycling and is indistinguishable from that obtained from the original mineral, as the fundamental characteristics of the metal remain unchanged.
