VertiGO Crane
Product for overhead crane.
Fold-up rapid door that regulates the passage of materials that are transported by means of a crane from the inside to the outside of the warehouse and vice versa.
So why choose this door?
1. By his t-cover
This door is equipped with a specially shaped sheet capable of engaging inside the broken uprights, facilitating the complete locking of the curtain from under the beam to the ground. In standard configurations, there are 4 broken uprights: 2 higher ones in the section where the tarp is wider to accommodate the passage of the crane, and 2 others delineating the ground area for vehicle access.
2. To improve the efficiency of the building
A structure with suspended height ensures a physical barrier to close the specific crane compartment when not in use. A field study has revealed that 70% of operators engaged in manual tasks within warehouses where cranes are present suffer from rheumatism caused by exposure to drafts of air.
3. For customised shaping
The advice offered by our operational technicians is meticulously customized to direct clients toward the most optimal solutions, meticulously considering the unique requirements of their specific field as well as individual needs. Due to the bespoke nature of these projects, they undergo a comprehensive evaluation that encompasses, for example, intricate shipbuilding considerations. This evaluation may also include in-depth studies on high-speed doors and their associated accessories, ensuring a meticulous approach to meeting the client’s demands.
