The ZipGO Cold flexible rapid door stands out as one of the high-speed doors with the highest certified performance index in extreme cold conditions available in the market.
In the video test you can notice two very important factors that occur in extreme cold conditions.
There are two key factors to consider. The first is the robust insulating block, embodied by the special PVC fabric of this door, evident in the sealed smoke that emerges when the operator initiates the opening command. The second crucial factor is the absence of a hot air dryer, leading to the dispersion and exchange of molecules, causing cold to migrate toward the warmer environment and resulting in a significant loss of building efficiency. Depending on the specific requirements of each cold construction site and tailored to customer needs, we stand ready to recommend the most suitable solution.

The ZipGO Cold Rapid door features a double-insulated PVC fabric, further enhancing its insulation capabilities, especially before the installation of the heating kit in the structure.

Heat resistance
The door is equipped with pre-wired thermal resistances inside the structure, covering both the cross casing and side pillars. This pre-emptive feature during production prevents the door structure from freezing, mitigating the risk of accidents for operators.

Unlike the local manufacturers on the market, the construction of this particular sandwich insulated fabric patent allows to obtain both high insulating power and an extreme reduction of the footprint of the transverse box.

Characterized by a double-insulated fabric that incorporates expanded polyethylene sponge within the pockets formed by the two insulating layers, this fabric possesses a specific capability to maintain operational temperatures between two environments with either negative-to-positive temperature differences or high humidity disparities. This feature holds true for adjacent environments as well.
