The ZipGO Pharma roll-up door stands as the professional solution adept at functioning seamlessly in medical laboratories. It meets the demand to uphold high levels of hygiene and pressure, ensuring controlled ventilation parameters and sanitization.
* The self-repair feature of this door is assured as long as the pressure limit of ±60Pa is not surpassed.
With the highest pressure resistance on the market, Pharma is ready for anything.
Test
In the tightness test, the degree of resistance to pressure that the door is able to preserve in a closed state with tolerances of ±4Pa is attested.
So? It’s airtight.
ZipGO Pharma is a high-performance pharmaceutical door designed to operate in environments where pressure exerts significant compressive and/or decompressive forces on the working plates of the room. With a specially designed structure that is nearly waterproof, it maintains high resistance to air exchanges when in the closed position.

Pharma rapid doors excel in isolating sterile environments to the maximum extent, facilitating the installation of machinery for ventilation, sanitization, and air purification without compromising on space or efficiency.
Silent
The Pharma rapid door operates with a high-speed Sommer motor, ensuring a noise parameter of only 3dB. When considering the rustling of the hinges within the self-lubricating guides, the roller shutter, and other components, the overall noise increases by a value of 1.5dB, bringing the total closure parameter to 4dB (A)* during operation.
The parameters were perceived by means of a Phonometer with data recorder RS PRO SLM1353M, 30db → 130db (weighing A, C)
Do you work in a sterile environment that requires quick release without power? Counterweight equipment* in the upright is available on request for operation even in case of emergency.
* specifies that the counterweight system may vary the audible parameters certified during door operation.
Environments where the use of a Pharma roll-up door is required are places where it is required or a high concentration, or there is a need to limit as much as possible the exchange of air with the outside of the environment or we are in the presence of fragile subjects that should not be bumped at noise level.

By means of the proven tests on steam pressure, we can therefore talk about air permeability in a professional way, giving with a value in Class 4 equal to 3 m³ /h m² max pressure 600Pa.
