GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EXPOSURE AND/OR SALE
(pursuant to Chapter I, Title 3, Part 3, Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions)
FOREWORD AND EFFECTIVENESS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) concern the regulation of the exposure and/or distance sale of the products and services made available/offered, via the Internet, on the website www.glg-doors.com and its subdomains (hereinafter, the “Site”) therefore, with regard to the consequent acceptance of orders and payments, always in compliance with the Italian legislation referred to in Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions (hereinafter, “Consumer Code”).
The seller of the products and owner of the Site is: GLG Porte Industriali S.r.l. with registered office in Viale Italia 15, Caltignaga (NO) 28010, C.F/ P.I. n. 02687590030, PEC glgsrl@legalpec.me Tax identification for VAT purposes: 02687590030 (hereinafter “GLG”).
The subject who accesses the Site to make order requests and/or purchases (hereinafter “Customer”) is required, before sending the order, to carefully read these Terms and Conditions – which constitute a binding agreement – made available to him on the Site, accepted by ticking the box that also contains the words “Terms and conditions” – for paid products/services or where there are well-regulated conditions between the parties – that are always available at any time by the Customer through the link on the website www.glg-doors.com or in the content of the e-mail confirmation of each order to allow the reproduction and storage.
In the event that the person making requests and/or purchases on the Site requires the issue of an invoice and/or is not a “consumer or user” as defined in art. 3, paragraph 1, lett. a), of the Consumer Code, will not be applied the regulation of withdrawal pursuant to art. 7 and 8 of these Terms and Conditions nor, more generally, the provisions that pursuant to the same Consumer Code apply only to “consumers”.
The contracts concluded with GLG through the Site are governed by these Terms and Conditions in compliance with Italian law. Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of dlgs. 185/99, dlgs. 206/05; the information directed to the conclusion of the contract will be submitted to art. 12 of dlgs. 70/03 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, will be subject to the legislation referred to in dlgs. 196/03.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

To request information or to purchase the Products, the Customer must complete and send the order form in electronic format, following the instructions contained in the Site. The Customer must add the Product to the Cart and, after having read these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and confirmed their acceptance, must enter the shipping data and any billing, select the desired payment method and confirm the order.
By sending the order from the Site, which has the value of a contractual proposal, the Customer acknowledges and declares that he has read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and fully accept these Terms and Conditions and payment transcribed, as well as the Privacy Policy.
The contract between GLG and the Customer shall be deemed to have been concluded with the acceptance of the order by GLG. This acceptance will be communicated to the Customer through an e-mail confirming the order containing a reference to these Terms and Conditions, the order number, shipping and billing data, the list of Products ordered with their essential characteristics, the total price – including delivery costs – and the payment method used. The Customer must check the confirmation email and if he identifies errors in the order (billing or shipping address, contact information or similar) will have a time limit set by the receipt of this e-mail to contact Customer Service directly from the Site using the data provided on the Support page. This time limit will be 4 hours. In no case will it be possible to accept requests for changes to the contents of the cart. After this period, the order will be processed for shipping and no changes will be accepted, without prejudice to the rights of the Customer referred to in article 7 below.
Throughout the process, from order to delivery, the site acts through email templates that notify the customer about the current status of the order. These communications are generated automatically by the system and cannot be answered by another e-mail.
Upon receipt of the order, GLG reserves the right to verify the actual availability of the products ordered; in the event that one or more Products are not available, upon notice and confirmation by the Customer, GLG will proceed with the replacement of the Product with a similar one.
In case of one or more missing products, GLG will inform the customer and will not charge the relative price.
In the case of the purchase of products with variable weight, the measures and weight indicated on the Site are indicative, GLG does its best not to deviate from the required weight, however it may happen that there are slight variations, both in excess and in default. We will always try to make sure that every variation is always in excess. However, there may be inaccuracies, which we estimate to be around 5% of the total weight. For example, in the case of cuts with bone. In case of significant inaccuracies, we invite you to inform us as soon as possible, so that we can compensate for the lack in the next orders.
Please note that following the approval of the Decree-Law of 4 July 2006 no. 223 “bis” Art. 37 paragraphs 8 and 9, converted by Law 248 of 4 August 2006, entered into force on 12 August 2006, which reinstates the obligation to communicate the list of customers and suppliers in case of invoice issuance, and of Decree Law 78 of 31 May 2010 converted into Law 122 of 30 July 2010, requires customers to communicate VAT and TAX CODE in the appropriate fields on the site.
PRODUCTS INFORMATION
The information and characteristics related to the Products are available, with the relevant Product codes, on the Site. It is understood that the information of the Products delivered may be different from those on the Site for reasons not attributable to GLG (e.g. changes made by the manufacturer on the Product) therefore it is always necessary to verify the label and the information on the Product delivered. GLG assumes no responsibility for the information provided on the Products by individual suppliers.
The visual representation of the Products on the Site, where available, normally corresponds to the photographic image accompanying the description sheet. It is understood that the image of the Products has the sole purpose of presenting them for sale and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics and quality but may differ in graphics, color and size. In case of difference between the image and the written product sheet, the description of the product sheet is always valid.
The prices of the products include all taxes and duties. All prices are expressed in Euro.
The management of the offer was set up thanks to the collaboration between the managers of GLG Porte Industriali S.r.l. and a team of professional Shop Managers, calibrating the variations in weight, packaging, tastes and types of cut for each product.
Promotions, Gift Vouchers, Meat Boxes and price changes will be subject to dynamic offer management, which is the responsibility of GLG Porte Industriali S.r.l.

MEDIA CONTENT
All the images of the products on GLG have been taken at our premises by a specialized photographic team. All products/services have been prepared by our in-house technicians confirming that no images from other sources outside the GLG group have been used.
The abuse and unauthorized publication of images on the site by third parties will not be tolerated and will be prosecuted according to law.
The textual contents of the site have been created by a professional publishing department, which has made use of direct advice for GLG Porte Industriali S.r.l.
For use outside the platform, it is always necessary to mention the source with appropriate links and links.
SHIPPING ZONES
When placing the order, the customer will be asked for the ZIP code of the address to which he intends to send the purchase and the system will verify in real time which shipping methods are available for this destination. If the area is not covered by a specific shipping method, the site will show the options available to complete the order. GLG delivers the purchase only in the ways and areas specified on the Site on the basis of the CAP entered, therefore it assumes no responsibility and does not guarantee delivery for any incorrect addresses not covered by the specific service.
Delivery in Italy:
GLG delivers throughout Italy, including islands. Please note, however, that depending on the delivery address you select, only some shipping methods may be active, while others may not be available. All this is regulated by the availability of the means for delivery relative to the point of departure and arrival of the shipment. To the cart it will be sufficient to select one of the shipping methods proposed for the chosen area.
Please note that, based on the shipping area, additional charges may be applied to cover delivery costs. These costs will be specified on the checkout page. We remind you that close to any holiday the shipping methods and times may suffer delays or delays, therefore we do not guarantee the daily accuracy even if applied to the cart or checkout with an extra sum for the “fast shipping”Therefore, customers are invited to pre-order their online purchase within 15 days before.
Delivery to Foreign Countries:
Please note that all shipping methods reported in the site and described in the next chapters are reserved exclusively for the Italian territory. However, you can request a custom order, if you live abroad, by making a Custom Order after contacting our headquarters. Our support figures will endeavour to get the order to its destination, specifying with the customer times, methods and possible shipping costs, always in compliance with current regulations. These terms and conditions are general and apply to all orders.
Withdrawal to market:
For some Italian locations, a free pick-up service is also available at our store. The service is available for certain locations, but could be extended to other locations. Please contact us to learn more.
PAYMENT METHODS
The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs by credit card (Stripe), PayPal, and Satispay.
To ensure maximum security of transactions, GLG does not store the Customer’s payment data, and the transaction takes place on the secure servers of Stripe, an integrated partner on the site that manages credit cards. From the second purchase, the registered Customer who wishes – by selecting the appropriate option – can proceed with the purchase without entering his data again. The reference credit institution uses the SSL protocol to encrypt the data transmitted between its server and the Customer’s browser.

Once the order is confirmed, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal website where he can make the payment using his account, a card (also prepaid) or in any case in the manner accepted by PayPal and in compliance with the relevant conditions.
Satispay
You can complete your order through Satispay. You will need to proceed to the checkout page, select Satispay in the payment options and follow the relevant instructions.
AUTHORISATION AND CAPTURE OF PAYMENT
For the sale of physical products – in the case of payment by credit card or Paypal – upon confirmation of the order by the Customer will be made only a pre-authorisation of the amount on the payment method chosen. The actual payment will take place only at the closing of the order and the final amount will include the cost of the products actually shipped, net of any price changes due to replacements or missing products, plus shipping costs and any additional services requested by the Customer.
Any pre-authorized and unused amounts will be issued to the Customer’s account in a short time, according to the timing of the payment method selected or the bank.
To protect the Customer, in case of replacement of a product with another of lower value, the lower cost will be charged. In case of replacement of a product with another of a higher price, the only cost of the product originally chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase will be charged.
GIFT VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONS
Please note that within the site there are products, called Gift Vouchers, but in no way these represent a prepaid card or a payment method to be used on the site. They are intended in all respects as discount codes, which can be applied to your cart by the lucky recipient by selecting the option “Click here to enter your promotional code” present at the top of the page. Upon purchase you can select an amount and indicate the beneficiary of the discount.
Gift vouchers can be found on your Account page under the corresponding item. However, it is necessary to specify that the gift vouchers differ from the Promotional Codes (on the site indicated as “Promo”) because unlike the latter they are products that can be purchased in the cart and can be used at any time, while the Promos have a validity period.
MARKETING AND REMARKETING
During the purchase process, some data relating to the preferences of customers and products purchased may be acquired, for statistical and remarketing purposes, so that the Customer can propose products that can meet his preferences demonstrated during the purchase. In no case will customer data be used for other purposes than marketing, remarketing and statistics.
REFUNDS
The credit will be credited to the Customer’s account in a short time, according to the timing of the payment method selected or the bank.
INVOICING OF ORDERS
If the Customer so wishes, it will be possible to request the issuance of the invoice during the order procedure and by entering the billing data including tax code and/ or VAT, company name and SDI Recipient Code. In this case the invoice will be automatically sent to the customer’s tax drawer, according to the law. The customer is responsible for the correct entry of the billing data and is expressly informed that, in case of failure to request the invoice during the order, it will not be possible to request it later.
The invoice request must be made on the checkout page, in written form, in the box “Notes on the order” under “Shipping details”. If no billing request is submitted, the printed receipt will also be provided with the delivered goods.
EXPRESS TERMINATION CLAUSE
In case of total or partial non-payment of the purchase price of the product GLG Porte Industriali S.r.l. reserves the right to declare pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1456 of the Civil Code terminated this contract by sending a written communication to the customer’s electronic address.
TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY
The Products purchased on the Site are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the payment procedure in the appropriate field “Shipping”. All deliveries will be carried out in compliance with the law, the transport will be carried out by refrigerated means at a temperature between 0 and +4. C to ensure the best freshness of the products. The days of shipment and delivery, indicated on the whole platform, for the reception of the purchased goods are to be considered always and exclusively working.
The customer can select the day of the week he prefers for delivery within the checkout page.
The purchased goods, together with the relevant tax receipt or invoice (if requested), is delivered by courier to the address specified by the Customer at the time of the online order. Any specific requirements must be addressed by the customer to GLG Porte Industriali S.r.l.
In the event of non-delivery for absence of the recipient, the courier will leave a notice and will try again; if the recipient is still absent, the goods will be returned to the sender (GLG Porte Industriali S.r.l.).
The shipping methods available on the platform are:
Free Shipping – may be activated upon reaching a certain amount within the cart.
Market pickup – free, may only be available for some locations.
Shipping in 24/48h – additional delivery charges may apply, shown on the checkout page.
Shipping in 3-5 days/1 week – additional delivery charges may apply, as shown on the checkout page.
GLG is not responsible for unforeseeable delays or for any damages, losses, costs, errors and/or non-delivery of the Products due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, strikes, accidents, etc.)
In the event of a failure to deliver the products by the selected date, GLG will notify the customer with adequate notice and eventually refund the delivery on the payment method used during checkout.
Once the Products have been shipped, the Customer will receive a shipping confirmation email summarizing the order and specifying the methods chosen.
COMMENT AND REVIEWS
On the site you can leave a comment or a review on any product. GLG respects and carefully reads the opinions of all users, but reserves the right to delete or hide offensive and non-constructive comments, and/or to exclude the user who has made offences on the platform.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
the right of withdrawal is excluded, pursuant to art. 59 d.lgs 21/2014 because:
– the Products are tailor-made and clearly customized;
– the Products offered by GLG are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
– Sealed Products cannot be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons if opened after delivery.
However, GLG grants the Customer the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, within 4 hours of receiving the confirmation email.
The Customer must send an email to glgsrl@legalpec.me with the subject “Withdrawal and order number”.
The GLG Customer Service will, once received the communication, open a file for the management of the refund of the amounts already paid.
The right applies to the Product purchased in its entirety; therefore, if the Product is composed of several components or parts, it is not possible to exercise the withdrawal only on part of the Product purchased.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, GLG will refund to the customer the full amount of the goods subject to withdrawal, including shipping costs if provided, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the latter has expressly requested a different method. In case of bank transfer or cash on delivery payment, the Customer will provide the bank details on which to obtain a refund (account holder, name and address of the Bank and IBAN).
With reference to the cases of exclusion of withdrawal listed above, the Customer, in particular, is informed and accepts that among the Products that “risk to deteriorate or expire rapidly” all Food Products fall.
WARRANTY AND LACK OF CONFORMITY
In the event of a lack of conformity of Products sold by GLG, the Customer must immediately contact the Customer Service by sending an email to assistance@ilmannarino.it.
The sale of the Products is subject to the legal guarantees provided by articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code. The Customer has the right, at his choice and provided that the type of Product allows it, to restore, at no cost, the conformity of the Product by replacement, or to an appropriate reduction in price or termination of the contract.
In case of product not appreciated, GLG will intervene as soon as possible by preparing an opening of practice that will allow to carry out a thorough verification and to propose the most suitable solution, between refund and replacement.
The Customer forfeits these rights if he does not report the lack of conformity to GLG within 2 days from the date on which he discovered the defect and always within 14 days from the delivery of the product.
CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT OR CHANGE OF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS BY THE CUSTOMER
The Customer may cancel, postpone or request the change of shipping address of the order within a limited time from the conclusion of the order itself; in the case of Standard Delivery this limit is 12 hours, for Scheduled Delivery the deadline is two hours. After this period, the order will be processed and it will no longer be possible to request the cancellation or change of shipping address.
The Customer must contact the Customer Service directly from the Site using the appropriate contact form accessible in the area dedicated to Customer Service.
GLG reserves the right to cancel the order in the event of unforeseeable difficulties, informing the Customer by email, or, subject to agreement with the same, modify the day and/or time of delivery.
ERRORS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The information relating to the Products provided through the Site is constantly updated. However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors of which therefore GLG cannot be held responsible, except in the case of intentional or gross negligence.
GLG reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been placed, or to modify or update the information at any time without prior notice, without prejudice to the Customer’s rights under these Terms and Conditions and the Consumer Code.
Except for intentional or gross negligence, the Customer’s right to compensation or the recognition of compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property, caused by the non-acceptance or fulfilment, even partial, of an order.
GLG promotes the responsible consumption of alcohol and excludes any liability on its own, except intentional or gross negligence, in the case of purchase made by children under 18 years. By purchasing any alcoholic product you declare that you are of legal age as per art. 7 of DL 158/2012. GLG assumes no liability for purchases made by children under 18 who have declared that they are of a different age.

Any complaint must be forwarded to GLG using the contact methods presented on the Site via the “Support” link in the footer, or via PEC at the following address:

The customer will be contacted for clarification within 3 (three) working days from the request.
GLG will process the Customer’s personal data in full compliance with the applicable legislation and in accordance with its privacy policy that the Customer declares to have read and accept in full.

ONLINE RESOLUTION OF CONSUMER DISPUTES (ODR)
Pursuant to art. 14 of Regulation 524/2013 informs the user that in case of a dispute he can file a complaint through the ODR platform of the European Union accessible here. The ODR platform is an access point for users who wish to resolve out-of-court disputes arising from online sales or service contracts.
APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
The sales contract between the Customer and GLG is concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. To resolve disputes relating to the interpretation, execution or termination of these Terms and Conditions or individual purchase orders if the Customer is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Code, will have exclusive jurisdiction over the jurisdiction of its municipality of residence or domicile if located in the Italian territory; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Asti, any other jurisdiction excluded. In case of victory of GLG in a possible legal action, the plaintiff will have to refund to GLG Porte Industriali S.r.l. the expenses, including the lawyers’ fees and the costs of the trial, incurred by GLG Porte Industriali S.r.l. for its defense.
