A big door for a big building.
In this new article we will explore the construction of a sandwich-panel steel building with large high-speed stacking door. The steel building was needed to house a logistics company that required storage space for its products and material handling equipment. After evaluating several options, the company chose to build a sandwich-panel steel building, which would provide a durable and robust solution.
The first phase of construction was the design of the steel building. Various options were considered for the size, shape and internal layout of the building. In the end, it was decided to build a large building with a floor area of approximately 8000 m².
Once the design phase was completed, actual construction began. The building was constructed using steel sandwich panels, which offer excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. These panels are also lightweight and strong, making them ideal for constructing large industrial buildings such as the one required by the logistics company.
The large high-speed stacking door was installed at the front of the building. This type of door is designed to be robust and easy to use. Its opening and closing speed makes access to the building quick and convenient.
The high-speed stacking door was custom-made for the building, with a width of approximately 10 metres and a height of approximately 8 metres. These dimensions were chosen to ensure that the door was large enough to allow heavy vehicles and large quantities of products to enter.
The industrial door was built using strong, high-quality materials such as steel and glass-fibre reinforced plastic. In addition, the door was designed to be easy to open and close, with an automatic drive system that makes it efficient and safe in any setting.
