A “mobile” wall
Thanks to its special structure, composed of two extra-strong polyester panels reinforced with horizontal steel trusses, it provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation as well as high structural strength.
Guided Truss Structure
The door curtain is composed of horizontal trusses guided by sliding rails installed on the vertical door posts, ensuring minimal oscillation during operation.

The VertiGO Double door effectively compartmentalizes industrial environments, enabling efficient separation of critical spaces even when traditional retraction is not feasible.
Double fold-up doors find their primary application in the composting and biocell industry, where their dual-tarpaulin construction effectively seals in unpleasant odors and harmful fumes.
To safeguard the environment and personnel from the spread of harmful particles and miasmas, flexible locking systems with specially designed airtight chambers must be employed.

The curtain, composed of two panels connected via a metal framework, is lifted vertically in a uniform manner thanks to integrated gear motors and high-strength belts (simulating the movement of two motors), ensuring smooth and consistent operation.

While incorporating more motors would increase costs, we prioritized a design that minimizes torsional strains on the moving shaft, ensuring a future-proof structure.
For applications involving smaller mantles, only a single pair of three-phase self-braking ventilated motors powered at 400V is employed. These motors, like the number of geared motors, are always sized according to the door’s dimensions and connected to the crankshaft, where the straps for lifting the mantle structure are wrapped.

The internal positioning of the structure shields the lifting belts from external damage, while two additional safety belts with a capacity of up to 1.5 tons are located within the enclosure for enhanced protection.
The lifting straps are securely fastened to the winding roller using bolted plates, while their base is firmly anchored to the first truss of the internal structure.
