The ZIPGO CLEAN ROOM is a high-speed roll-up door designed to separate positive-pressure environments, preventing the transfer of contaminating particles and ensuring compliance with ISO air cleanliness classes as defined by EN ISO 14644.

Low permeability
With an exceptionally low air permeability index, we can confirm that this rapid door effectively restricts the passage of air when in the closed position.

This model is intentionally non self-repairing: the reduced-section polizene uprights are precisely shaped to ensure maximum airtightness, eliminating any leakage paths. The polizene used is non-toxic, inert, with an extremely low coefficient of friction, and suitable for food contact—guaranteeing the highest safety and reliability.
Hygienic and functional structure

Test
In the tightness test, the degree of resistance to pressure that the door is able to preserve in a closed state with tolerances of ±4Pa is attested.
So? It’s airtight.
ZipGO Clean Room is a high-performance pharmaceutical door designed to operate in environments where pressure exerts significant compressive and/or decompressive forces on the working plates of the room. With a specially designed structure that is nearly waterproof, it maintains high resistance to air exchanges when in the closed position.

Silent
The Clean Room rapid door operates with a high-speed Sommer motor, ensuring a noise parameter of only 3dB. When considering the rustling of the hinges within the self-lubricating guides, the roller shutter, and other components, the overall noise increases by a value of 1.5dB, bringing the total closure parameter to 4dB (A)* during operation.
The parameters were perceived by means of a Phonometer with data recorder RS PRO SLM1353M, 30db → 130db (weighing A, C)
Do you work in a sterile environment that requires quick release without power? Counterweight equipment* in the upright is available on request for operation even in case of emergency.
* specifies that the counterweight system may vary the audible parameters certified during door operation.
Environments where the use of a Clean Room roll-up door is required are places where it is required or a high concentration, or there is a need to limit as much as possible the exchange of air with the outside of the environment or we are in the presence of fragile subjects that should not be bumped at noise level.

By means of the proven tests on steam pressure, we can therefore talk about air permeability in a professional way, giving with a value in Class 4 equal to 3 m³ /h m² max pressure 600Pa.
