High-speed doors for clean rooms
Cleaner laboratories
Logistics solutions designed to best meet the separation needs of the pharmaceutical and medical sectors.
Industrial closures to be combined with extraction systems to prevent the dispersion of toxic solvents and harmful chemicals.
A clean room is an environment used mainly as a chemical laboratory (it is also used in mechanical and electronic settings), whose basic characteristic is very pure air, i.e. air with an extremely low content of suspended dust microparticles.
In Italian the term used is “camera bianca”, although the English term “cleanroom” (common internationally) is widely used. It is a room with a controlled atmosphere (atmospheric pressure, humidity and particulate contamination), not to be confused with a hyperbaric chamber (controlled pressure), sterile rooms (microbiologically controlled) or anechoic chambers, which shield electromagnetic or sound signals.

Discover high-speed doors specifically for clean rooms
ZipGO® Clean Room
The ZipGO Clean Room high-speed door was created to meet the needs of companies operating in sterile sectors, helping to keep rooms at stable pressure and thus providing the highest possible level of asepsis.
Alumina
Alumina self-repairing high-speed doors are designed and built with innovative extruded aluminium structures, and therefore last longer than traditional high-speed doors with metal structures.
ZipGO® Atex
The ATEX (ATmosphères EXplosives) industrial high-speed door is designed to help companies that need to operate in environments with a high risk of deflagration or explosion arising from objects nearby or that may come into contact with the door.
Pressure and decompression
High-speed roll-up closures to be combined with air extraction and recirculation systems.
With the highest pressure resistance on the market, our clean room high-speed doors are ready for anything.
GLG doors can operate in environments where pressure exerts strong compression and/or decompression forces during the room’s operating cycles, without allowing high air permeability. Thanks to a special, almost completely impermeable structure, the door remains highly resistant to air exchange when closed.
Clean room high-speed doors are therefore able to isolate sterile environments as far as possible, allowing the installation of all ventilation, sanitisation and air purification equipment without ever being under- or over-sized.

Professional products for maximum sanitisation.
GLG high-speed closures are not only washable with water but also resistant to most professional cleaning agents.
Where frequent washing is required, our technical consultants will recommend versions with a stainless steel structure, for greater durability and resistance to corrosive chemicals.
In addition, automated PVC doors ensure high levels of thermal insulation and optimal temperature control, preventing sudden temperature fluctuations that could cause irreparable damage to chemical, pharmaceutical and medical products that must be stored with extreme care.
Professional closure solutions to block the entry of external bacteria into the room and preserve the controlled air quality.
