This company producing seed oils expressed the need to separate its departments in order to ensure a hygienic and safe working environment during the processing of its products. To meet this need, our team proposed theinstallation of a high-speed door with an aluminium structure, specially designed to ensuretraffic efficiency and easy separation of departments.

The choice of a high-speed door with an aluminium structure was driven by its lightness and strength, which are essential for safe and long-lasting use. In addition, the aluminium structure is highly hygienic and easy to wash, guaranteeing maximum food safety. The high-speed door was also fitted with an ultra-fast motor with a curtain speed of up to 3 m/s, allowing departments to be separated quickly and easily without compromising productivity and workflow. The opening and closing system was designed to minimise temperature loss and air dispersion, keeping working conditions constant within the various production areas.

The installation of the modular aluminium high-speed door was carried out with great care in order to ensure maximum energy efficiency and reduced energy consumption. The automatic closing was made with high-quality materials and a solid structure capable of withstanding the stresses of daily use.
