VertiGO Fire
Rapid door for extreme environments.
The rapid door to stop accidents that could occur within a company that manages incandescent or radiating materials, for us, is best represented by our Fire door of the Vertigo range.
So, why choose this door?
1. For extreme environments
The Fire door from our VertiGO range is specifically engineered to prevent accidents in facilities handling incandescent or irradiating materials. Its unique design incorporates a specially woven aluminum mesh, reinforced with fiberglass fibers, effectively blocking smoke emissions. This feature ensures a safer environment, making it an ideal choice for industries dealing with hazardous materials.
2. For its fire-resistant features
The VertiGO Fire rapid doors are specifically designed to assist industries prone to expelling hot materials during their transformation processes. These doors aim to minimize the risk of flame propagation to surrounding objects. Industries such as steel mills, foundries, or any processing facility utilizing methods like fusion cutting or generating heat during processing can significantly benefit from the VertiGO Fire doors.
3. Because it also serves as a smoke barrier
An aluminum-coated fabric made of microscopic fiberglass shards, which might appear as a simple yellow felting at first glance, is designed to prevent smoke from escaping actively combusting areas as effectively as possible. The 0.4 mm thick aluminum-coated fabric, weighing 450 gr/m2, is certified to withstand temperatures up to 600°C for 120 minutes.
