Course for technical assembly

This course is designed to provide specific skills to fitters dealing with the installation and assembly of sectional doors and related accessories. The following are the elements of competence, prerequisites, course contents, training methods, evaluation methods, teaching aids, logistics location and timing analysis for the performance of content.

Elements of competence:

Carry out preliminary checks for installation.
Recognize the various elements for the correct installation sequence.
Fasten the rails.
Perform the fastening of the spring assembly.
Make the installation of the mantle and its accessories.
Make the main adjustments for manual operation.
Install the engine and its accessories.
Know how to carry out the testing and commissioning of logistics equipment.
Know the main spare parts.

Theoretical introduction and recommendations.
Explanation of the checks to be carried out on the construction site before opening the packaging.

Execution of the fixing of the vertical guides.
Mounting the spring assembly on the structure.
Execution of the fixing of the horizontal guides.
Installation of the mantle and its accessories.
Spring loading.
Checking of balance and alignments.
Engine installation and related accessories.
Final testing with the completion of the warranty start-up certificate.

This quick winding door is in fact the simplest and most economical solution to automate the entrances characterized by quick and frequent passages, in any industrial or commercial context.

Integrated motorisation

400V three-phase Monovelocity with programmable logic and digital absolute control and limit switch.

The installation of a fold-up industrial door can be done with 1kw side motor, 2.2kw front motor or, for dimensions greater than 10 meters, with double synchronous motor, always ensuring a high lifting precision balanced even on large openings.
